Module 1: Attributes of Stress
Everyone feels stressed; however, the most critical element of stress is knowing how it happens, what triggers it and when it’s taking a destructive toll on productivity and relationships. This module covers the science behind stress. You’ll find ways to identify when stress is having a negative impact on you and how to identify the symptoms of stress to prevent those adverse results in the future.
